Free beta for tutors

Studiume

Plan lessons. Assign work. Understand progress.

Calendar, students, courses, materials, tests, review queues and messages work together. Learners and guardians get their own clear learning context.

Who it is for

A focused workspace for every participant

1:1

Tutor

Individual lessons, your student list, learning content and review queues without unnecessary administration.

GR

Small groups

Shared schedules, courses, assignments and tests for several learners without manual duplication.

MY

Learner and guardian

Learners see only their own learning, while guardians get a separate read-only view of schedules, attendance and results.

β

Schools

Team roles, classes, gradebook and learner diary are being validated in a separate closed school pilot.

How it works

From the first workspace to the first lesson

  1. 1 Create a Tutor workspace

Choose Tutor Free or Tutor and configure your teaching workspace.

  2. 2 Invite a learner

Send an email invitation. For a managed account, the guardian receives the participation decision.

  3. 3 Plan the learning

Create a one-off lesson in the calendar or prepare a structured course and run.

  4. 4 Review the outcome

Use assignment and quiz review queues, return feedback and follow progress.

FAQ

Short answers before you start

Can I start for free?

Yes. Tutor Free and Tutor are free during beta. Tutor Free will remain free. A future paid service cannot activate automatically: we will publish the terms and require a separate user action before billing starts.

Which package should a tutor choose?

Tutor Free is suitable for getting started and working with up to ten learners. Choose Tutor when you need groups, tests or more learners. Both packages are designed for one tutor.

How is the Tutor Free limit calculated?

The limit includes learners who have already joined and active invitations. Pending invitations cannot be used to exceed the ten available learner places.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Studiume runs in the browser on desktop and mobile.

What does a learner see?

Only their own learning context: lessons, courses, materials, assignments, tests, results and messages in projects available to them. Tutor and management actions are hidden and protected on the server.

How does access work for a minor learner?

A parent or other legal representative can create a managed learner account and approve project participation. The guardian receives a read-only overview but cannot complete learner work on the learner’s behalf.

How is a standalone lesson different from a course?

A standalone lesson can be added directly in the calendar with material, an assignment or a test. A course provides a reusable structure with modules, lessons and separate runs for learners.

Can I add an online meeting link?

Yes. A lesson can include a video-meeting link that is available to its participants in the lesson context.

Are school packages available?

School and School Plus are not open for self-service activation yet. They are being tested separately with agreed pilot schools. Contact us to discuss participation.
